Objectives of the Course This course aims to introduce students to beginner level academic English and improve their reading,
writing, listening and speaking skills. Students will read academic texts, listen to lectures and write/speak on certain academic subjects. They will also be introduced to the fundamentals of formal correspondence, specifically email writing.
Course Content Each week, a unit from the textbook LANGUO A1 (1st ed.) will be covered. Extra reading materials, videos and slides will be used to supports the topics.
