Objectives of the Course In this course, students are expected to analyze problems, create lists of spatial requirements, space analysis and function diagrams depending on the project topic, and present original and creative solutions with material and detail solutions at the scale of the application project.
Course Content Carrying out research and analysis studies in terms of the contextual relations of the space; designing the place and its immediate surroundings by considering the contextual relations; designing the space with all its technical details by taking the issues such as lighting, color, climatic comfort and acoustics to the fore; drawing the project with technical drawing rules and presenting it with effective presentation methods.
Course Methods and Techniques The course will be conducted through theoretical presentations, discussions, design practices and projects in the studio and/or as homework, individual and/or group studies, panels and individual critiques.
